How long will it take to receive my order?

Every Arden Forge piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipment.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting true craftsmanship.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your forged cookware, knives, or woodenware from our workshop to your door.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We’re proud to ship our forged cookware and woodenware worldwide.

Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.
If you’re outside our standard shipping zones and wish to place an order, just contact us for more info.


How should I care for my Arden Forge pieces?

Each material requires a little specific care:

Knives

  • Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap
  • Dry immediately with a soft cloth
  • Store safely in a block, sheath, or magnetic strip
  • Sharpen periodically to maintain a razor-sharp edge

Pans

  • Season before first use
  • Hand wash with warm water and a soft brush
  • Dry thoroughly and lightly oil after use to prevent rust

Woodenware

  • Hand wash only, never soak or put in dishwasher
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning
  • Treat with food-grade oil occasionally to preserve the finish

A little care goes a long way — your pieces will last for decades.


Can I customize a product?

At this time, we don’t offer custom builds, but we’re always open to feedback and ideas.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
You can also pay securely via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@arden-forge.com.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
