At Arden Forge, I’ve spent decades crafting knives, pans, cutlery, and woodenware with care, purpose, and attention to detail.
If your piece isn’t quite what you expected, I’ll do everything I can to make it right. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it right away to ensure timely, careful fulfillment.
Returns
Timeframe
- You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
- After 14 days, I’m no longer able to accept returns or exchanges.
- Please note: cancellations aren’t accepted once an order is placed.
Condition

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
How to Return
- Email support@arden-forge.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- I’ll send clear instructions on how and where to return your item.

- Return shipping costs are not covered.
Refunds
Assessment
- Once your return is received, I’ll inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria.
- You’ll receive an email confirming whether the refund is approved.
Processing Time
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).
- Reach out to your bank to confirm processing.

Exchanges (Damaged or Defective)
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, I’ll gladly replace it.
Email support@arden-forge.com with your order details and a photo or video of the issue, and I’ll walk you through the exchange process.
